We are looking for the two Casambi Sales Managers. One for Western (Dortmund - Düsseldorf) area and one for Southern Germany (south of Frankfurt am Main) area.
As a Casambi Sales Manager your primary focus is to secure Casambi Sales Partners, for them to proactively sell Casambi, thereby increasing sales revenues and market presence. You will also secure, nurture and work with Casambi Integration Partners, enabling them to support Casambi’s sales strategies. You will work closely with the targeted stakeholders, in line with Casambi’s sales strategies, to drive the sales and adoption of Casambi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Educational Strategy: Deliver simple but comprehensive education about the benefits and opportunities of integrating Casambi. This includes understanding the Casambi ecosystem partners, hardware options, and integration capabilities.
2. Proactive Sales Promotion: Support targeted Casambi partners and their stakeholders to proactively promote Casambi as a value-added solution, enhancing appeal and functionality.
3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with the target Casambi partners and their stakeholders. Convince and convert at the senior leadership level to drive adoption and integration of Casambi throughout their sales process.
4. Sales Enablement: Provide Casambi sales training and support to Casambi Sales Partners, empowering them to effectively promote and sell Casambi solutions to their customers, specifiers, and trading partners. Ensure that their sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to present Casambi as a simple and valuable addition to their product offerings.
5. Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences related to lighting and wireless control solutions. Use this knowledge to refine sales and identify new opportunities for growth. As Casambi Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Casambi, expanding our presence and increasing our sales revenues. In leveraging your sales expertise, market knowledge, and your relationship-building, you will empower Casambi Partners to achieve greater success and profitability. You will be a part of revolutionising the way lighting projects are approached and executed, being a key driver of our innovation and growth in the industry.
Necessary Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in working within the Lighting Industry is essential.
- Competence in selling Lighting components or controls to Lighting OEMs is an important requirement.
- Education or an equivalent education/experience combination in Sales, Marketing, and Business Administration is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills in German and in English.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to company values and ethical standards.
- Proven proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
These two positions are remote / home office based and the candidate must live in
1. Western (Dortmund - Düsseldorf) area or
2. Southern Germany (south of Frankfurt am Main).
